If you're left-handed, you're going to side swing to the left. 2: Second step which is the rotation. When you're side swinging, you're going to want to rotate your body to face the other side. At this point what you only have to do is just to try to rotate your body, your legs, and your core, just try to rotate it as much as possible to the other side. 3: The third step which is opening your hands, when you do the side swing, the cable is going to hit the ground, and after it hits the ground, it's going to start going back up. So it's going to go down, hit the ground and start going back up. You're going to open your hands as soon as the rope starts going back up. So it hits the ground starts going back up. This is when you're going to try to open your hands. Hands at hip level, And you're just rotating with your wrist and forearm. 4: That is where the jump comes in. You're going to jump when the rope reaches eye level. So it hits the ground, goes up, you open your hands. And when it reaches eye level, or around eyes level, you're going to jump. At this point, you should be jumping backwards, the rope will be rotating, will be turning backwards. What you can do here is just keep turning backward if you're comfortable, do some tricks and manipulations here, you could stop the rope and just continue doing it forwards, that's a bit boring. And what you can do which is my favorite is to do a reverse 180. Just do another one 180 but while jumping backwards. So it's going to change, the way you side swing is going to change. And you're going to have to enter the trick with a cross but at this point, the rope should be turning forwards. I would recommend you to start working on the foreward 180 so you're just jumping regularly do the 180 and you're here jumping backwards, and when you're comfortable with that try to reverse it. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
